I am thrilled to announce that we have acquired a new and exciting project—600 Miami Worldcenter, located in the heart of Downtown Miami. This ambitious development is set to rise to 32 stories and will include 606 fully furnished condominium residences. The project, a collaboration between Aria Development Group and Merrimac Ventures, promises to be a standout addition to Miami's skyline.

We are also excited to share that All American Windows and Doors will be serving as the lead glazing contractor for this project, and we cannot wait to see our products being installed and contributing to the success of this incredible development.

In addition, we are excited to share that our involvement in this project has already been featured in the press by Florida YIMBY (see the article here), shining a spotlight on our company’s growing presence and influence in the development sector.

 With construction already well underway, 600 Miami Worldcenter will offer a mix of modern amenities and luxurious residences, including a resort-style pool, co-working spaces, a fitness center, and even a bistro and bar. This residential high-rise, optimized for short-term rentals, is expected to complete in 2026.

As we embark on this new venture, we look forward to the exciting opportunities it will bring to our team.
